Contacted Andrew as our MacBook was getting hot and the fans were noisey. He was very thorough in his emails regarding what could be the issue, what the best plan was to do and didn’t push for any new parts. After dropping the laptop off to Andrew, we got an email back that there wasn’t a problem with the fans, the inside of the laptop was actually quite clean and all that Andrew done was renewed the Thermal Paste. We collected the laptop the day after and we have had no problems since.
